Riyadh Elm University, formerly known as Riyadh Colleges of Dentistry and Pharmacy (RCsDP) is a private university located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Riyadh. The University of Riyadh Elm was established to be a post-secondary educational institution, which is a private institution and supported by the private sector.
In 2004 the college obtained approval from the Ministry of Higher Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to offer professional baccalaureate degree programs in dentistry, dental hygiene, dental assistance, pharmacy, and medical laboratory technology.
In 2008, the university was accredited and obtained approval from both the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the Ministry of Higher Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to start postgraduate dentistry studies to obtain a Master of Science degree in dentistry and a Certificate of Proficiency in Dental Specialties. At that time, it also obtained the approval of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties to work as a training centre for Saudi Board programs in various specialities.
