Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University first opened its doors to women and men in 1975, with the College of Medicine and the College of Architecture serving as pioneering colleges. This academic institution has grown into a prominent research university with 21 colleges scattered across the Eastern Province and a student body of over 45,000 students almost four decades later.
